Henderson Physical therapy provides group and one-on-one fitness programs that are taylored to meet the goals of our discharged clientele, recreational athlete, or those experienced in life that would like to improve their overall fitness.
Group programs are a "bootcamp" style format. HOWEVER, this is not the military and we do not treat people as such. The program is designed to increase functional strength, increase aerobic abilities, and improved overall functioning and motion that our bodies are designed to provide.
One-on-one treatments are specific to the client or patient's needs. The program will be sport/work specific, inlcude manual therapy, massage therapy and exercise, as well as provide the client with the ability to participate in outdoor structured events. Some of these events may include a 5K run, trail hike, or as high a level as compete in a marathon.
